JOIN OUR LEAGUE OF VOLUNTEERS!

Volunteers are crucial to the success of our downtown programming, from Rock the Bridge to the Jingle Bell Run. Join the team and help out at one (or more) of our annual events! Volunteers can also assist with downtown beautification efforts, or they can join one of our standing committees.

Who can take part in the League of Volunteers?
Individuals, families, students, retirees, service organizations, scout troops, businesses, fraternities, sororities, and more. 
Volunteer opportunities include:
  • Being a course monitor for the Jingle Bell Run
  • Taking tickets at Rock the Bridge 
  • Handing out candles at the Candlelight Processional & Tree Lighting
  • Assisting with the Children's Bike Parade on July 4
  • Organizing and planning for all Main Street Lexington events
  • Downtown beautification (greening/planting, holiday decorations, cleanup days, etc.)
